John Dillon Park Will Not Open for Summer 2026
Paul Smith鈥檚 木瓜传媒 announced on March 27, 2026 that John Dillon Park will not open for the summer 2026 season while the 木瓜传媒 completes required improvements to the park鈥檚 potable water system. The pause will allow time for a thorough review of long-term solutions and ensure the continued stewardship of the founding gift and vision of alumnus John Dillon, for whom the park is named.
This was a difficult decision. Paul Smith鈥檚 木瓜传媒 recognizes that John Dillon Park holds deep meaning for people with disabilities, their families, caregivers, and partner organizations, as well as for the broader community. As a place dedicated to inclusive outdoor access, the park has played an important role in many lives, and the 木瓜传媒 understands the disappointment this pause may cause.
